Eric Clark Promoted to Benson’s Leadership Team Amidst Company’s Continued Growth

Benson is excited to announce that Eric Clark has officially joined the company’s Executive Leadership Team. Since joining Benson in August 2023 as Vice President of Business Development, Eric has demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and an unwavering passion for the multifamily industry. His contributions have been instrumental in Benson’s recent successes and have positioned the company for continued growth in 2025 and beyond.

Early in 2024, Eric took on the additional responsibility of leading Benson’s marketing department alongside overseeing business development and the implementation team. Leveraging his deep industry experience and unique insights, Eric has spearheaded initiatives that perfectly align with Benson’s Centralized Marketing Platform (CMP) model, further enhancing the company’s value proposition.

As a member of the leadership team, Eric will continue to oversee business development and marketing, while serving as an industry principal and Benson ambassador. In this role, he will represent Benson at key industry events, panels, and conferences, advocating for the advantages of marketing centralization and further solidifying Benson’s position as a leader in multifamily, student housing, active adult, and supplier marketing solutions.

Before joining Benson as an employee, Eric was a client at three separate management companies. During this time, he saw firsthand the immense value of Benson’s Centralized Marketing Platform (CMP). Notably, Eric played a key role in Greystar’s pilot program with Benson, which ultimately led to its nationwide adoption. With a wealth of experience in operations and marketing leadership roles within the multifamily industry, Eric brings valuable expertise, deep relationships, and a proven track record of driving success.
