Part of our Do Good commitment, nearly 1,600 apparel items will help provide dignity, warmth, and confidence to neighbors working toward housing stability and food security in Intown Atlanta.
We’re thrilled to share that we recently donated nearly 1,600 items – including shirts, jackets, coats, pants, and blouses – worth over $40,000 to Intown Cares. This contribution supports their vital work in Atlanta and is part of our ongoing Do Good commitment to uplift the communities where we live and work.
Intown Cares is a longtime champion in the fight to prevent and reverse homelessness and hunger in Intown Atlanta. Founded in 2010, the organization serves individuals and families experiencing food insecurity and chronic homelessness with dignity, compassion, and practical support. Through outreach and case management, their team works one-on-one with neighbors facing significant barriers to help them secure permanent housing using a Housing First approach.
Our donation of essential apparel will directly support the people they serve – providing clean, quality clothing that brings warmth, confidence, and dignity to individuals rebuilding their lives. Whether someone is transitioning into stable housing, preparing for a job opportunity, or simply in need of everyday essentials, these items help meet immediate needs while reinforcing a sense of care and belonging.
In addition to housing support, Intown Cares operates an innovative, low-barrier food program that provides healthy groceries to neighbors in need – no documentation or conditions required. By addressing both hunger and housing, they create meaningful pathways toward stability and self-sufficiency.
